We collect and process personal data that you provide when creating an account, building your profile, or making a booking. This includes contact details, profile information, payment data, pet information, and communications made through the platform.

Your rights under GDPR
Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how and why we process it.
Right to Erasure
Also known as the 'right to be forgotten'. You can request that we delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.
Right to Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
Right to Object
You can object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where we rely on legitimate interests as a legal basis.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a period of up to two years after account closure for legal and audit purposes.
Booking records, payment histories, and related communications may be retained for up to seven years to comply with tax and financial regulations. Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
